Pros

Flexible scheduling. Good work environment amongst co workers.

Cons

Too much micromanaging.. constant changing of management and different sets of rules depending on what manager is in charge .. no holiday pay but required to work all holidays . No overtime allowed. If you have to stay over for any reason you have to cut your ot sometime during the week. No incentives. No bonuses except for managers/ dept heads . Leads and assistant dept managers receive no bonus.

10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

Cons

October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
