Pros
Management is very uplifting and helpful. They are very forgiving, and I've seen them do a lot to create a safe and healthy work environment for their employees. Requesting time off is very easy, and very frequently goes through. Almost everyone I've worked with are cool to have as coworkers. On holidays, we receive holiday pay bonus too. People are respectful to each other, and management is very effective at communicating, and they are professional too. It's a very good first job, and the coworkers encourage and empower one another. The people here have actually have a voice often. The schedule is fair, you can get a lot of different shifts, you can swap shifts, and pick up extra shifts if you don't have enough hours (if there are ones available)
Cons
Not very many cons, but the only one I could think of is in front-end there's not much room for advancement. Often it's harder to switch to a different department.
