      you can eat lots of doughnuts. Pay is good for the area.

      Cons

      Management don't care for your issues. communication between office staff and IT issues is very slow. Also lots of system problems that you are left to deal by yourself, specially in the weekend its very little to no help.

      nice people to work with, and of course, doughnuts

      Cons

      extremely understaffed and leadership refuses to backfill while increasing expectations of shrinking teams. long-term, this is not sustainable and people will continue to leave. internal data is a mess, no confidence in outputs and requires a ton of manual calculation
