Overall, the organization lacks ethics, structure, leadership quality, and a healthy work culture.

Good work environment with a collaborative team culture. Provides opportunities to learn and grow, especially for freshers. Exposure to real projects and practical work experience. Management is approachable and supportive in most cases. Work helps build strong professional skills.

Work can get a bit hectic during deadlines. Some processes could be more streamlined.
