Definitely very liberal, can feel like a bit of a bubble, definitely not your typical business/profit-centric environment (not necessarily a bad thing) Troy isn't great but office is amazing

Flexible workplace, good benefits, (sort of) inclusive culture (if you're AA or Black) so the definition of "inclusive" is highly dependent upon whether or not you identify as AA or Black. Their programmatic work almost solely focuses on Detroit and Black communities to the exclusion of other cities in need and other POC. This is wrong, IMO.

Reverse discrimination, no investigation process prior to outright termination, hostile workplace fostered on teams due to silo mentally and lack of upper management oversight, the list goes on.
