      Nice area to live in.

      Cons

      Co-workers feel free to violate boundaries and interfere in other peoples jobs. Frequent conflicts due to this. Management encourages or ignores this behavior.

      Pros

      Even though it’s a content agency, and can be fast paced, it does not feel pressured. The people are great, open and supportive and the work is interesting

      Cons

      No real cons to think of. Sometimes you may need to work late if there are deliverables needed or a photo shoot goes long.
