1. As a fresher you will learn a lot here. Working for 1 year and you will be like a person outside with experience of 3-4 years. 2. You will learn a lot because one person gets a lot of responsibilities. 3. You make mistakes they will be okay. They let you learn.
Cons
They keep finding ways to save money. Cutting salaries from last 7 months. You will be begging for your own salaries. They are not ready to write officially that they are paying less, only verbally told. Being in Cyber Security Sector ( which is booming during Pandemic ) makes no sense of salary deductions. Keeps asking employees to come office if they want full salary during Pandemic. They are not conserned with your health or your family health. They want you in office. So they can grind you completely. Keep pay pennies to their employees compared to the work we do. 100% of the employees are under payed. They keep removing bad reviews on Glassdoor. Let's see how long this review lasts.
