5yThank you for the feedback. We are all challenged by the COVID restrictions and our typical company activities: flying all remote individuals to KTS Chicago for company outings, frequent travel to Chicago and other locations, and spending time with all employee families.
Fortunately, we have leveraged technology to conduct remote trainings and demonstrations, daily or weekly on demand video calls, and constant communication through other tools.
Most importantly, we are able to stay engaged with all remote individuals at each of our locations (Miramar, Camp Pendleton, New River, Cherry Point, and Chicago) to provide the quality support to the USMC.
Please keep up the great work and we will continue to improve to the new normal with continued input from all employees.
