The only good thing was the pay

The owner Shawn was extremely abusive & even threatened me. When I left he still owed me money but I changed my phone number & moved giving no forwarding address

The team is really like family. We get together with the kids and always gather on Friday's after work to relax. You know you're going to make money at this company if you stick to it. It's also good to vent with the guys cause they all know what you're going through. In the past year, I've lost a few family members and had to go to a few funerals. As long as you're open and honest about it, you'll always get the time you need and the help you need. I've worked for other companies and they don't give a **** about you. They just want to make sure you're clocking in and clocking out everyday and completing your route. Also, with 2 kids the benefits really help to get them what they need. One of my kids needs glasses and the other kid plays sports so there's always injuries so I only spend on what they need and not wasting money on stuff they don't. Owner/operator is soooooooooo the way to go.

man, that direct deposit always gets me. I bank differently from the company so I have to get checks and always have to give it to my wife to deposit. Been too lazy to get a new account so I can get direct deposit. Oh well, happy wife is happy life. lol Whatever. not a biggie. Would be good to get direct deposit though.
