- as someone that joined when it was still KrampHub, the change to Kramp and to the new office made everything become extremely corporate - low payment - they are using only kramphub contracts as an escape to avoid giving proper compensation for people that were over-achievers - you will be performing as "above the expectations" or some kind of overachieving but receive an 1% compensation - Kramp is tied to an union where even your colleague that is lazy and do nothing will virtually receive the same salary raise as you (or even more)
