Pros

This feels like it would be a good job for a college student or someone getting started in the wedding or A/V field. Overall, all the employees seem great.

Cons

It feels like you have to have a basic technical background to succeed here. Trainings feel rushed and a bunch of it happens in the field making my events feel disorganized and stressful. Management hasn't respected my work-life balance. My shift schedules were frequently changed last minute. Almost every big event ended later than scheduled and anyone on those events was stuck working later since we carpooled in company vehicles to job sites. The owner sets unrealistic expectations for raises and promises more than the job has to offer. I've been promised a lot of growth opportunities but they all seemed to rely on me putting in work off the clock like training on my own time or added responsibilities without any change to my pay.
