The employees are very talented.
Cons
Overworked, underpaid for the work expectations, upper management over promises and under delivers, ignores feedback from experienced employees and valued clients. It used to be a great company, and enjoyed a great reputation in the industry as well. Sadly, it's going downhill fast.
