Pros

Great people, wonderful culture. Timely pay. Good pay rate for contract, pay substantially less when they hire you as their employee.

Cons

Very disorganized, lack of planning impacted all areas. Hire Sr. Recruiters as Sourcing Specialists, confused job titles. Give training. Everyone was instructed to use Twitter to post jobs. No one knew how including managers????

Pros

I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

Cons

Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

Cons

No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
