      Pros

      The brand is famous and it really helps to do some business. Most of the employees have great background and it is really nice to work on projects. K/F had also a good ability to be innovative.

      Cons

      It is a companye where the management is weak. In a crisis period it causes lots of problem to adapt to the new situation. Unfortunately due to that the company had to laid-off drasticly, even more than most of its competitors.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
