      colleagues on a day-to-day basis really care about the work.

      Cons

      upper management and leadership are a joke. they are so out of touch with what is happening and talk a lot about what we teach our clients to do to engage talent without actually doing it themselves.

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
