In your review, you pointed out a few issues, and I would like to address them here:
Firstly, you're absolutely right in stating that we place high importance on performance and customer satisfaction. These are the cornerstones of our business and we believe that in striving for these, we can achieve growth and success for all.
Secondly, our company policies are implemented with the purpose of maintaining an environment conducive to this growth and success. When these rules are not adhered to, it is our responsibility to act accordingly. We appreciate that this can sometimes be difficult for our team members, but please understand that these policies are in place for the good of everyone involved.
Furthermore, we firmly believe in transparent communication. We follow a strict protocol of giving soft warnings multiple months in advance and a hard warning a month prior to any action being taken. We feel this approach is fair and gives our team members ample opportunity to improve and adapt.
We regret to hear that your departure was not as smooth as we would have liked it to be. We always aim to part on good terms and are more than willing to provide glowing recommendation for staff who have shown their dedication and hard work during their tenure with us.
