Pros
Still has feel & responsiveness of a small company, not much bureaucracy BS, everyone is professional and focused on getting stuff done. Also great work/life balance which always helps.
Cons
Sometimes too much 'group think'. Salary is not top but it's a tradeoff for some of the 'pro's' mentioned above (eg they will not work you to death). Limited opportunities to advance in many positions, but your job is what you make of it.
