Konfidas was easily the most demoralizing work experience I’ve ever had. The salary is well below industry standards, and the leadership — especially the CEO — cultivates a culture of fear, control, and zero trust. There is no flexibility in work hours or structure. The company enforces outdated practices and offers no support for work-life balance. You’re constantly micromanaged and made to feel like you’re never doing enough, no matter how hard you work. Appreciation or recognition? Nonexistent. Growth opportunities? Only if you happen to be in the CEO’s inner circle. Otherwise, expect to be overworked, undervalued, and treated like a replaceable cog in the machine. If you care about your mental health, career progression, or even basic respect — stay away from this company.
