Little regard for their staff/well-being of staff, 0 potential to work from home, poor equipment and hardly any upgrades made, both supervisors and agents given little support and their concerns are mostly disregarded, lack of organisation and planning from upper management and HR as well as a lack of clarity provided for any questions asked, poor pay scales for all roles, lack of information available to assist new staff, unprofessional behaviour from management displayed on multiple ocassions, no incentives/perks given to staff or any thanks given to them beyond an email, high rates of turnover and staff absence as a result of the former, cross-team communication extremely poor overall, lack of amenities in the office as well as frequent amenity issues that take months to get fixed, an over-emphasis on achieving results related to impermanent statistics and numbers which in turn decreases the quality of work being done by employees, double-standards shown frequently related to dismissal/disciplinary action of employees, an emphasis on filling seats rather than assessing new hires for capability
