Pros
Opportunity to develop new set of skills (fast paced environment) and work interesting things. Ability to feel and learn doing business in various countries among the globe. Occasional business trips on interesting sites (hydro power plants) and possibility to learn English or German 90 minutes per week after work.
Cons
No support from functional managers, just micromanaging of irrelevant to business tasks. Excess administration forcefully imposed by management board members. Poor flow of information that reflects directly in production execution (constant delays) and eventually deceleration of cash flow (cash gaps). Poor IT tools for support of a daily work (a lot of analysis and reports are done in individually made excells). Working on holidays and during annual leave due to poor and catastrophic organization of departments and processes. No financial support for education (the education is only paid if someone without formal university education or degree needs to become functional manager what brings to destruction of inclusive business culture). Policy deployment is non-existant!
