Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback and bringing to our attention that there are few employees who are creating an un-healthy environment. We have taken this very seriously and will take appropriate actions against any un-ethical behavior and also generally make sure that our collaborative culture is maintained. To enforce this, we recently discussed this out at our All Hands meeting. Komprise has a very open culture and everyone in the organization has direct access to our CEO about anything and everything.
