Really Cool Company, lacking in some things - Direct Sales Representative Kompan Employee Review

I am absolutely thrilled to be working at Kompan. I feel privileged and rewarded to get to bring fun, fitness and health solutions to society. I think the office has some really fun perks like specialty coffee days, holiday events, etc. While all companies can have their hiccups and Kompan is working through a bit of growing pains, I think the people are fantastic. This is an oasis of growth and opportunity compared to the toxic and downsizing environments that many working in tech face.

As a result of tremendous growth, the company has some growing pains to work through. It's a good problem to have.

Building playgrounds for kids Good vendors

Dealing with lazy, entitled sales team Sales leader was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my career. No leadership over Project Managers so no direction, no support, no training. Travel is more like 75% but want you on 30 different project sites and doing desk work all at the same time. Overloaded with 2 territories in under 6 months. Sales has zero knowledge of basic construction teeing you up for a complete mess by the time you are assigned the project. No thank you, good job, not even a 1:1 the entire time I was there.
