No pros you don't get anything good by coming here

Right now due to covid-19 they are giving only 50% salary even after every other company has started regular they distributed our team into 2 teams of 5 each and call us on odd even days only to give us less salary Even right now there is no guarantee that even after going regular they will give us full salary current regular employees only get 80% salary if we don't have work that is the management problem They even fired many employees in the name of cost cutting wtf you are only saving your company don't die faithful employees the company only looks good that doesn't mean it actually is good Never come here you will regret it

No OT still try say you do OT No Arrears which is bad They cut my bonuses this year saying corona came and other things but other companies even gave hikes and bonuses we didn't even get hikes but also got less bonuses which we pay from our salary btw and even our salaries were during corona saying no buisness blah blah now how much can u cut in 10k salary
