Worst company to work for as there's only 2 people that work there and a matter of time before they leave. - Technical Recruiter Kolla Soft Employee Review

I worked at Kolla Soft full-time Pros none, it's a terrible company and a horrible person Cons Sekhar (owner) has skipped out on paying employees. Has previously avoided immigration issues and much more. Not a good businessman or person. Advice to Management Get out of the business, The only so called management is Sekhar who doesn't communicate to his employee(s) on a regular basis. Improperly handles immigration issues. Just not a nice person to work with as he relies solely on his 1 or 2 employees to do everything and certainly doesn't appreciate their efforts. I never heard him once say "great job". He'll rip off contractors whenever he can. I wouldn't recommend working for him or being a contractor with Kollasoft as there probably be a day where you won't get paid.
