Great team, solid strategy, work-life balance

Can't think of much, maybe pay is slightly lower than average in the market

Great people (under C level) and cool projects.

Bad management, lack of transparency inside the company. Bottlenecks everywhere because people are afraid to point out what's wrong, "everything is fine" type of culture that creates a false sense of security until things are clearly burning and it's impossible to hide. Terrible handling of delicate situations from HR with complete disregard for employees.
