My experience was made terrible by gaslighting and narcissistic management who added no value to the team and only contribution was by making the environment toxic and unbearable. This management was manipulative, dishonest, and constantly paranoid about losing control. This APAC management would attempt to take credit for any team successes but blame individuals for own failures. Added no value, offered no real hard skills, technical knowledge, process input, sales acumen.. truly a net negative for the business. The strangest thing was management even had an EA that was an excessive expense to the business.. This EA would often be found taking long breaks on the balcony or burning sage around the office. For your own mental safety, avoid at all cost.
