Pros
Great experience, with a very varied & busy role. Inspiring projects. Good social office with pay day drinks & nibbles every month. Excellent location to work.
Cons
Leadership is terrible - the marketing team is completely unsupported, undervalued & underpaid, despite long hours and a heavy workload. No surprise that at least 8 in the team resigned in the last year or so.
