Pros
Standard 15% employee discount on anything in the store. Friends and Family discount 4 times a year, 2 20% coupons plus additional 15% employee discount. 35% of anything 4 times a year for "employee appreciation weeks". Some of the management is very kind and respectful and seem to actually care about you as a person. They cater food for the employees a few times a year too. Weekly pay on Fridays. Some fun employees, shifts can be enjoyable.
Cons
Several of the managers are very rude and treat you like just another number in the system. Management pushes incredibly hard for credit numbers and how they treat you is how well you perform. The pay is okay however you don't get raises. The only raise you can get is if you stay for a year, you earn a $0.10 increase in your hourly pay which is laughably low. Several of the employees hate their job and they take it out on you if you don't know what you're doing.
