      Pros

      This is a wonderful company to work for. I have been with them for several years and have worked at other similar communities. This is by far the best that I have had the privilege of working for. They care about the residents and the staff a lot and really strive to take care of them.

      Cons

      There aren't more communities like them. :)

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
