Hello, thanks for taking the time to read and consider feedback about Kody. We have recently seen an increase in critical reviews that appear to coincide with some recent departures from the company. While we do not comment on individual cases, we do want to provide some broader context for prospective candidates or readers seeking a balanced view. At Kody, our goals are ambitious! We are building complex infrastructure in a very competitive space. This demands a high level of ownership, speed and accountability from everyone in the team. This intensity isn't for everyone and we are always trying to be transparent about that through the hiring process. This being said, we are aware that we are not perfect... we are still growing. We are actively working to improve our internal processes, onboarding and communications as we scale and move into new geographies. We also want to clarify that to the best of our knowledge, Kody is not subject to any regulatory investigations. We take compliance and ethics very seriously and we do not tolerate any form of misconduct. Despite the challenges of operating in our industry, we are very proud of what the team has been able to accomplish.
