- Very clear on mission, purpose, and objectives - Very promising offerings as a company - Good compensation, benefits

- Only cared about students and customer service when previous student's negative feedback spread online - Management only cares about a department when projects and deliverables are getting profits - Confusing office regulations–promises a certain benefit but later on the benefits don't apply to employee - High turnover of employees

Bosses are great, and the collaboration of the departments is good.

Compensation and career advancement could be better.
