Pros
Best place to work for. Lots of flexibility with work like balance. I am raising three kids and company supports my personal need. Customer first approach . Diverse team across the world with excellent skills. Many employees are with the company for a long term Lots of learning opportunities
Cons
Work from home isn’t helpful with team building. Management needs to emphasize back to office for at-least 3 days a week
