      Pros

      You will learn a lot, they want you to experiment, and they appreciate being independent. Pay is good and colleagues are on average good. Lot's of knowledgable people.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of con's except for the fact that you are on your own, and you have to push it yourself (not very different than any other place).
