Thank you for leaving feedback and I’m glad to hear you think Koch is a great company. I agree! You mention automation and I have to say we are excited for what automation has to offer our employees and the company. Automation in the workspace is transforming the way we get work done by freeing up individuals who had previously been constrained with repetitive work tasks and allowing them to concentrate on higher value, more fulfilling work. Our employees are able to get things done faster than ever before, activities that took days now take minutes. We can’t wait to see what the future of automation holds at the Service Desk and throughout all of Koch.
