      Pros

      The culture of our organization is what drives both the people and processes. I enjoy not only what I do, but also the people I work with as well as the philosophies of the company. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Your experience in the company can vary based on your leader. If you have a good leader, there is no limit to what you can achieve at Koch.

      This is a great balance of highlighting the positives, but sharing where you feel opportunities lie. Thank you for painting the picture of your experience which sounds like has been a long and successful one! Many of the Koch companies have work from home options today and with technology enabling a different world of work we will continue to evolve.       Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Pros

      Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      Cons

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
