Working with the public! Helping those turn their lives around for the better and putting a friendly face on government! I had several emails from customers/ clients / defendants / lawyers / and other legal persons who commended me for my assistance of going beyond their expectations. I felt good nearly everyday knowing I was helping to better my community.
Cons
Those who are in the "political circle" get away with poor work or not even doing it!. If I wanted to keep my job, I had to learn to ignore the abuse and favoritism. Outdated resources but extravagant salaries for top management.
