I do not like being on camera all day. You get used to it though

Working at Knownfour enables me to have a great work/life balance. I choose when and where I work, which means I am able to do school drop offs & pick ups. It's especially great, because I can attend school events and sports day activites, which I wouldn't be able to do working in a normal office environment. I love working from home and not having to stress about the everyday commute ( or wearing office attire ), but yet I have the benefit of the interaction with my colleagues in our, very sophisticated, digital office. Therefore, although alone, I don't ever feel isolated and there is always colleagues to talk to and ideas to bounce off other experienced recruiters.

As I live outside of London ( around 3 hours ) I do find conducting face to face client visits a challenge as my area of expertise tends to be quite London centric and occasionally ( very occasionally ) I miss the buzz of working in a busy office and the social aspects which that brings. However this is overcome by regular team meets in swanky locations!!
