Pros

couldn't find any pros of working here

Cons

Posting this as an ex employee. WORST ORGANISATION TO WORK WITH! NO JOB SECURITY: employees are asked to resign for every reason, TOXIC work environment, NO GROWTH, work is given on the basis of FAVORITISM, NO proper MANAGEMENT, SALARY NEVER ON TIME, do not care about either the employees or the clients once payment is taken. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. There is no management to begin with, it's HANDLED BY THE OWNER ITSELF. He's the HR, he's the CEO and he's the Salesperson. The STUDY MATERIAL provided to clients is NOT UPGRADED, we are asked to AVOID any problems faced by the CLIENTS after they have payed for their courses. Relieving letter was a crooked print out which is not readable. Hasn't been mailed or couriered after many follow ups. Salary was supposed to be given after 45 days but was super delayed after numerous calls and texts. Amount was deducted without any explanation. Reason given for possible termination was mere bad luck and mental health. WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO WORK HERE.

Pros

I have recently joined KnowledgeWoods as Senior Content Developer. I find it a great place to work, nurture your thoughts and enhance professional skills. Timely performance reviews are done so as to know how an employee is doing at work assigned to him or her. Management is quite supportive and open for ideas that can work in the favor of both company as well as the employees. Taking about the office culture, KnowledgeWoods display Participative Management style which boosts morale of employees working on junior levels. Personal grievance handling is well achieved by the HR Department. The human aspect of 'Human Resource' is fully understood by the company overall. Can't say much about the promotions aspect in the organization but employees around are quite happy with their timely appraisals so there are positive signs of one getting escalated for good performance.

Cons

KnowledgeWoods have a 5 day work policy so there is nothing to complain about work-life balance as I believe weekend break is enough for one to rejuvenate and come back strong at work in the next week cycle. Moreover, what I have seen that company has kind of management that fully listens to your personal life problems and issues. They help you in every possible way. Can't say much about perks being a new employee but there are well-designed policies for overtime and additional work. They give food allowance in addition to one day salary in case you are needed to work on a weekend! Training is something that is core to the mission statement and vision of this company. Being a professional development firm, KnowledgeWoods really like to have its employees remain up-to-date with recent advances and learning concepts prevalent in industry. Any kind of training needed is possible here for employees. Overall, as I have just spent few months in the organization and as every department has welcomed me gracefully so I would really not like to say out any negative comment as if there are some cons they seem tiny in front of what KnowledgeWoods offer you.
