Pros

To start, the CEO. Everything about him. He is so transparent about anything and everything that goes on at the company and as an employee, that is incredible. We understand what is happening and why. Every morning we gather for Stu's morning meeting where he briefs the company and it gives us a daily chance to learn from him. I really feel the family vibe. The culture is unmatched. I've never worked for an organization with this type of culture, where everyone gets along, there is no office drama (and if there is it gets addressed and squashed), it's FUN, and very encouraging...to name a few aspects. I also have to give a S/O to Lyss, the onboarding specialist, because she sets the tone for every new hire on day 1 and really makes everyone feel welcome and at home. Something that really stood out to me was on your first day, you walk around the offices and get to meet the executives and have conversation with them...Lyss's idea. In my role, the pay is great and there are cash bonuses on a monthly basis for every employee as an incentive for sales. When companies say they take care of their employees, they don't typically mean it. KnowBe4 actually does.

Cons

I can't think of any

You are very welcome! I like to come to work to a sane, fun, highly productive group of people. And practically everyone here is like that! And when they are not, it's just not a good cultural fit and they find another opportunity. :-D Warm regards, Stu

Cons

Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
