Pros
-The view: The company overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. -Company bonuses: New employees are eligible for these the day they come in. Very helpful, especially in the first month or two for which you may not earn a commission. -Great CEO: Stu conducts an all-staff meeting every morning and lets us know what is on his plate. He's the pilot of the company and I always feel like we're in great hands. -Great management: I rarely feel like I'm being micro-managed. Everyone on my team is treated well by management. -Free snacks and coffee: And not just granola bars and a pot of coffee. They offer a huge selection of both. And there's always an end of month lunch. -Apps: Something I think often overlooked are the apps used to conduct business. Everything is accessible right on my phone in case I'm out of the office. -Work environment: Large desks/work areas with glass dividers. Dual screen monitors. You can see out of windows from just about every area. -Great colleagues: Everyone gets along well. I could seriously go on and on (and often do to friends and family).
Cons
There aren't any. I am fully aware that this could change, especially as the company continues to grow rapidly. When I initially heard about KnowBe4 in mid-2016, I went to Glassdoor and was immediately skeptical because there are so many ratings, the majority of which are great. When I joined the Channel CSM team in May 2017, I was still skeptical. Almost four months in and I'm happy to report that these reviews are indeed what you get. My only regret is not joining sooner.
