Good team to work with - Devops Engineer Knock Employee Review

The CEO, Demetri, is an incredible leader who has empathy for his people. When Knock was in it's startup stage we were unstoppable. Great people, great benefits, great opportunities all around.

Knock CRM was acquired by RealPage in October 2022 so it is not a company anymore, just a product within their portfolio. RealPage is sadly a pretty awful place to work. Their leadership consistently says one thing and does another. Hopefully they will take some pages out of the Knock playbook and listen to the leaders that came over on how to treat employees and manage processes in an effective way. Otherwise the reputation of "where acquisitions go to die" that RealPage has had will continue on.

Very smart people, great product

Ineffective CEO who played favorites. Lots of great people left the company because of corporate politics. Hostile if you don't fit the mold or are family friends or college roomates with the CEO
