      Pros

      They are easily a fast growing retail company that started as ecommerce but now have brick and mortar stores. I get to learn directly from seasoned retail industry leaders. This experience is irreplaceable that cannot compare to a big honcho company. Experiencing a build from the ground up, and I have better opportunities to make an impact in changing retail standards

      Cons

      Since its shift to retail, it's new so there are lots of changes happening which can seem like a lot, but it's always for the better.

      I will say the only positive is the AMAZING PRODUCT.

      Cons

      -no raises -only 12 employee purchases a year -set up to fail with little to no stock in stores which results in not achieving bonus' -little to no communication from leadership -zero opportunity for growth -A female owned, operated, and catered to female yet, far from female empowerment
