Pros
Nice and professional people, had a good working culture (vanishing by the time), very friendly environment.
Cons
After the acquisition by BAWAG, things are not going as well. To be more specific, they don't value working culture, they (BAWAG) work with a top to bottom mindset. They (BAWAG) see people as numbers, not human. Also, the re-organization they did is terrible. It's better not to argue with pre-made decisions. It's not us anymore, it's more like we and them.
