Pros
The colleagues where very nice, but most of them already left.
Cons
Knab used to be a friendly and enjoyable organization that genuinely cared about its customers. Unfortunately, that is far from the truth today. The current leadership seems to be trying to save their own positions by demanding impossible goals from their teams. The alarming number of employee burnouts contrasts sharply with the company's ironic motto of being "HUMAN," a value they promote only when it suits them. The incompetence at the board level has led to excessive pressure on small teams, causing staff turnover and system issues due to lack of testing time, which in turn frustrates customers. I sincerely hope the new owner, Bawag, addresses these issues because the level of mismanagement is astounding. The culture at Knab is extremely toxic and can be described as a burnout factory with high turnover, where management doesn't care about you at all. So if you're looking for unrealistic objectives, no appreciation, and no free time, then by all means, come work at Knab—where burnouts and toxic games are the norm, and customers and employees are just numbers. To the DNB and Bawag: with the current way of operating, Knab cannot fulfill its duty of care towards its customers, and much has been swept under the rug. A thorough review would be well-advised.
