Pros
If your desperate to have a job then apply, they pay you 7.25 an hour. Another pro was the discount card.
Cons
Well where do I start? The whole management team at my store was awful, didn't really train me, only had about 2-3 hours of training 80% was on the computer and the other 20% was up front at the service desk. The manager and his assistants don't genuinely care about you, all they care about is getting there numbers which includes: Rewards Cards, Sears Credit Apps (25% Interest BTW), and march of dimes. If you don't get a certain amount of rewards cards you are punished by getting less hours. The work is also very strenuous if you don't like being on your feet for very long then don't apply. A typical shift requires you to stand up without sitting for 6 hours, with only one fifteen minute break.
