      Pros

      good discounts on regular priced and clearance merchandise. Better discounts at Sears.

      Cons

      hours suck, there are days when you don't get to see your family at all for 36-48 hours. Store manager does not let you balance personal life with work life. This is the worst place I have ever worked.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
