Pros
I can't think of any benefits other than it's better than unemployment. Just better hope they don't start giving you 4 hour work weeks.
Cons
Pretty much everything. Management doesn't listen to employees. Moral problem is a huge deal, most associates are unhappy, which means customers are unhappy. It's a terribly place. Way too much shrink. Kmart has no idea what it's doing.
