Friendly staff, a lot of varying challenges to work with, the leadership is very professional, and the ablity to help customers find what they are looking for.
Cons
There is a huge disconnect between Sears Holding and the stores that they own, more so than other competing stores. They technology used at the stores is critically out of date.
