Small enough atmosphere to be heard and present solutions to the problems plaguing the company. The internal team had some genuine people who truly wanted to make a difference.
Cons
Leadership from the very top was poor or just nonexistent. Broken promises are only made worse with an increased workload. These problems were present in multiple departments. Training is nonexistent.
