-Expectations that exceed compensation -Practices that go against labor laws -Management/owners that are focused on profits rather than employee conditions and work environments -Broken or limited equipment which makes it difficult to perform job - You must follow a script and are monitored; micromanagement -The quality of coffee is poor, you find green beans and inconsistency in roast so I have to disagree with the other reviews, this isn't the place to learn about coffee if you care about quality :(
